From the main entrance there were two employees outside . I believe on their way back in and the welcome was very nice. The staff from the front desk to the maids were super nice. We felt very safe and secure there. Was in town for a funeral and to have perfect strangers meeting you with a warm smile really helped my family a lot. We will use this hotel and location for any of our future stays.

I was there for a business conference. We conducted are our business in the conference room. I had no need to use the Business Center. The staff I encountered were polite and courteous. Room was comfortable, although the beds were high, I at 6'3" could not sit on the edge and still have my feet on the floor.

The room was gorgeous and everything was so clean, the premises itself was well kept, the decor was so pretty, and the staff at the front desk are special people. Tony and Amara really took care of me during a personally difficult time and made it a lot less stressful for me, and it means so much. I’ll def be back

It was spacious and close to the main strip and food restaurants close to family and church very clean indoor pool the people at the desk where very friendly lobby very clean big lots of seating

That the room was so big. Bed was comfortable. It was clean, and we had a ice maker on our floor. And it was so quiet at night.

Staff were very helpful and nice although I arrived really late at night due to flight delays. Hotel lobby is really nice enjoyed the massage chairs and room is clean and good size.

All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely book this hotel again during our trips to Michigan.

It was beautiful hotel. We were going to stay and use the pool after I dropped my mother to the airport at 4 am, but a snowstorm was moving in so we headed back north around 9 after I got a quick power nap.
